I'd like to change the font/color/text. How do I edit the template?

It's super easy to edit your template! Simply click on the link you receive in your order confirmation email which will take you to our editing website filled with complete instructions and tips.

Edit the details, change colors, play with fonts, add or remove artwork, or upload your own photo to create your dream design! We have accompanying tutorial videos that come with each order too!

What part of the design can be customized?

I ran out of downloads, now what?

You receive a total of 4 downloads per template.  The reason for setting a limit to the number of downloads is because unfortunately some prior customers have tried to resell our templates as their own.

If you have used all of your downloads please contact us so that we can help you.

I want to change the size of the template from a 5x7 to 4x6 or some other size, can I do this?

Yes! It's super easy!

Once you download the file you can resize it to whatever size you need it to be!

Do you provide refunds or will you replace my templates if I change my mind?

Yes! If you feel unhappy with your template, we'll buy it back or help you change it out for a new one!

I just purchased the template. Where do I find my order?

Once you purchase your template, within 5 minutes, we’ll email you a link to access our online editing website so you can edit and personalize your design, download and print your templates!

I'm done editing the templates. How and where can I print them?

You can print your design in the comfort of your home!

If you prefer someone else to print for you, printing at a local office store is a breeze. There are likely some great small "ma & pa" print shops in your hometown, and we suggest checking them out first.

We also recommend three print shops that are found nationwide in the USA:
FedEx Office, Office Depot/Max & Staples - are all great sources!

We have tutorial videos to help you whether you are printing at home or a local print shop.

Do I need a special software or design experience in order to edit the design?

No, you do not need to download any special software to edit your template!  Our online design tool lets you edit your templates purchased through us online at NO extra charge!  No design experience needed!

Simply click the link we send you to edit your design using any desktop/laptop computer or mobile device and print your templates!

I don't have access to a laptop or computer, can I edit using my mobile device?

Yes, you can make edits to your design on a mobile device!  However, for a more seamless experience we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer which will provide you with more features and customizations.

If you don't have a computer you can access one at a local library or borrow one from a friend or family member!
